MyDesignMind is an AI-powered interior design platform offering two distinct products:

🏠 Mənim Evim

A one-time package for homeowners that includes AI design credits, a colour palette, PDF guidance, and a designer consultation. No subscription required.

🎨 Creator Studio

A professional subscription platform for designers and studios with monthly and yearly plans, AI credits, commercial licence, upscale, and team tools.

🤖 AI-powered visualization

High-quality room renders generated using proprietary AI technology at up to 4K resolution.

⭐ Subscription plans

Starter, Pro, Studio, and Team plans with renewable monthly AI credits and advanced export options.

3. User accounts and security

To access the full functionality of the platform, you are required to create an account. By registering, you agree to the following obligations:

✓To provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
✓To maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (login and password) and not to share them with third parties.
✓To accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
✓To notify MyDesignMind support immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Copyright and intellectual property

All content on the MyDesignMind platform (including design, text, graphics, software code, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

🏢 Platform property

The design, infrastructure, and functionality of the platform are the exclusive property of MyDesignMind.

👤 User content

Images and materials uploaded by the user remain the property of the user.

🤖 AI generations

AI-generated designs produced by the platform are licensed to the user for their use.

⛔ Prohibitions

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of platform content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and refund policy

The following terms apply to premium subscriptions and additional services:

🏠 Mənim Evim — one-time package

A one-time purchase unlocks AI design credits, RAL/HEX colour codes, PDF guidance with furniture recommendations, design style consultation texts on the results page, and an application section for real design services (project-based price quote). No subscription required.

🎨 Creator Studio — subscription plans

Creator Studio offers monthly and yearly subscription plans for individual professionals, studios, businesses, and enterprise teams. Current plan prices and limits are shown on the pricing page.

💳 Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through our active checkout providers. The final payable amount, billing currency, and applicable taxes are shown on the checkout page before confirmation.

💵 Currency and billing

Displayed prices, billing cadence, and any local currency conversion are shown at checkout and may vary based on the selected product, plan, and payment method.

🚫 No refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of our AI-powered services, monetary refunds are not offered once a service has been purchased and delivered. For complete refund policy details, please see our Refund & Service Restoration Policy.

🛠️ Service restoration guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we guarantee service delivery. If you are charged but do not receive your credits or results due to a technical failure, we will manually restore your service within 24-48 hours at no extra cost. Contact us at info@mydesignmind.com.

6. Usage restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the platform:

✗Uploading content that is illegal, threatening, offensive, or violates ethical standards.
✗Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems or distributing malicious software.
✗Using automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to interfere with the platform's operation.
✗Violating the rights of other users or collecting their personal data.
✗Distributing unauthorized advertising (spam) or commercial offers.

7. Limitation of liability

While MyDesignMind utilizes advanced technology, the following limitations apply:

Designs and visualizations provided by the AI are for recommendation and visualization purposes only. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or feasibility of the results.

👤 User decisions

Implementation of any design decisions is the sole responsibility of the user.

👷 Professional consultation

Professional engineers or architects must be consulted for any physical construction or renovation work.

🔧 Technical failures

The platform assumes limited liability for service interruptions or data loss caused by technical failures.

8. Service suspension and termination

MyDesignMind reserves the right to:

•Suspend or modify the service at any time without prior notice.
•Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
•Perform scheduled maintenance or updates that may result in temporary service interruptions.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
