Welcome to the "MyDesignMind" platform. This document (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You") and MyDesignMind ("We," "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using our services, you agree to accept these terms unconditionally.
Important: If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
2. Service description
MyDesignMind is an advanced interior design platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Our services include, but are not limited to:

Identification of interior design styles based on individual user characteristics and preferences.
🎨 AI-powered visualization
Generation of room designs and visual renderings using AI technology.
✨ Personalized recommendations
Design solutions tailored to specific user requirements.
⭐ Premium services
Paid subscription packages offering enhanced functionality and extended features.
3. User accounts and security
To access the full functionality of the platform, you are required to create an account. By registering, you agree to the following obligations:
- ✓To provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- ✓To maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (login and password) and not to share them with third parties.
- ✓To accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- ✓To notify MyDesignMind support immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Copyright and intellectual property
All content on the MyDesignMind platform (including design, text, graphics, software code, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
🏢 Platform property
The design, infrastructure, and functionality of the platform are the exclusive property of MyDesignMind.
👤 User content
Images and materials uploaded by the user remain the property of the user.
🤖 AI generations
AI-generated designs produced by the platform are licensed to the user for their use.
⛔ Prohibitions
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of platform content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments and refund policy
The following terms apply to premium subscriptions and additional services:
📦 Package-based pricing
MyDesignMind operates on a test package system. Each package costs $10.00 USD and includes: 1 full test result with comprehensive design analysis, 20 AI room renders, and lifetime access to your test results. Packages are non-transferable and tied to individual test completions.
💳 Payment processing
All payments are processed through secure payment systems that comply with international security standards (Kapital Bank).
💵 Currency
All prices are displayed in US Dollars ($). If your card currency is different, your bank may apply conversion rates.
🔄 Multiple packages
Users can purchase unlimited test packages. Each package purchase grants access to one complete test cycle (quiz completion + results + 20 renders). Previous test results remain accessible in your profile indefinitely.
🚫 No refund policy
All package sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our AI-powered services, we do not offer monetary refunds once a package has been purchased and a test has been completed. 🛠️ Service restoration guarantee
While we do not offer refunds, we guarantee service delivery. If you are charged but do not receive your test results or renders due to a technical failure, we will manually restore your package or re-process your request within 24-48 hours at no extra cost. Contact us at info@mydesignmind.com.
6. Usage restrictions
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the platform:
- ✗Uploading content that is illegal, threatening, offensive, or violates ethical standards.
- ✗Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems or distributing malicious software.
- ✗Using automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to interfere with the platform's operation.
- ✗Violating the rights of other users or collecting their personal data.
- ✗Distributing unauthorized advertising (spam) or commercial offers.
7. Limitation of liability
While MyDesignMind utilizes advanced technology, the following limitations apply:

Designs and visualizations provided by the AI are for recommendation and visualization purposes only. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or feasibility of the results.
👤 User decisions
Implementation of any design decisions is the sole responsibility of the user.
👷 Professional consultation
Professional engineers or architects must be consulted for any physical construction or renovation work.
🔧 Technical failures
The platform assumes limited liability for service interruptions or data loss caused by technical failures.
8. Service suspension and termination
MyDesignMind reserves the right to:
- •Suspend or modify the service at any time without prior notice.
- •Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
- •Perform scheduled maintenance or updates that may result in temporary service interruptions.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
