At MyDesignMind, we provide immediate access to digital AI design and rendering services. Due to the nature of these digital products, they are deemed "used" immediately upon generation and delivery.
1.1. All sales are final
We do not offer monetary refunds for successfully delivered services. Refunds are only processed in case of proven technical delivery failure.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-tangible, digital service that is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
Digital nature: Our AI-generated designs and renderings are created and delivered electronically. Once generated, the service is considered fulfilled and cannot be "returned" or "unused."
2. Service restoration guarantee
While we do not offer refunds, we guarantee service delivery.
If you are charged but do not receive your design due to a technical failure (e.g., server error, system crash, payment processing issue):

What we do NOT refund
- Change of mind after service delivery

If you believe there has been an error with your payment or service delivery, you have the right to:
- Request service restoration within 30 days of purchase
- Receive a detailed explanation of any technical issues
- Escalate unresolved disputes to payment provider (bank/gateway)
Chargeback warning:
Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving service may result in account suspension and legal action. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
